Blue Mountain Caskets is wholly owned and operated by New Day Enterprises, Inc. All Blue Mountain Caskets are constructed by our clients. They take great pride in the fact that they are building a quality product while giving them certain carpentry skills that wouldn't be available to them in other industries. All of the caskets are made of ½ inch CDX plywood.

Each casket is solidly constructed using staples and glue at all joints. The exterior is covered in a gunmetal moleskin with the seams covered in gunmetal colored braid. Carrying is facilitated with the use of 4 metal handles. The inside of the box is lined with white taffeta with a shredded paper filled bed covered in taffeta. The foot lid of the box is covered with white K-cell (paper-like material), while the head lid is lined with taffeta and edged with decorative white gimp.

The utility casket is ideally suited for transporting and shipping. The box has no exterior cover. Four plastic carrying handles make transport simple and efficient.
